Challenge & Solution: Many online stores face high cart abandonment and countless customer queries because buyers don’t know when their order will arrive. Setting accurate delivery expectations manually is time-consuming and error-prone, especially for stores shipping to multiple countries.
The challenge was to create an easy-to-use yet flexible system that lets merchants set complex rules (by country, product, or collection) while keeping the frontend widget beautiful, fast, and fully brand-matched without any coding.
I solved this by developing a robust no-code rule engine combined with a highly customizable widget. Merchants can now create unlimited delivery rules and apply them instantly, while customers see clear, trustworthy ETA information that matches the store’s design.
