Challenge & Solution: The main challenge was to integrate the complex Korean government address system into Shopify’s modern Checkout Extensibility framework while keeping the experience fast, accurate, and fully branded — without adding any extra friction at checkout.
I solved this by creating a lightweight, customizable widget with direct API integration that provides real-time suggestions and auto-fills addresses, resulting in a frictionless checkout for Korean customers and higher conversion rates for merchants.
