Challenge & Solution: Most Shopify stores rely heavily on email, but emails often get ignored or land in spam, leading to low engagement, lost abandoned carts, and poor customer experience. Manual SMS sending is time-consuming and not scalable.
The challenge was to create a reliable, automated system that sends timely, personalized, and compliant SMS messages while integrating deeply with Shopify data without overwhelming the merchant.
I solved this by developing smart trigger-based automation combined with easy personalization templates and performance analytics.
