WeSupply Returns & Exchanges is a smart Shopify app that automates the entire returns process to reduce costs and turn returns into new revenue opportunities. It enables self-service returns, instant exchanges, store credit incentives, and flexible policies while preventing fraud and delighting customers with a smooth post-purchase experience.
I contributed to the development and optimization of this Shopify app, building a robust solution that transforms returns from a loss center into a profitable and customer-friendly process.

Challenge & Solution: The main challenge was to build a comprehensive returns system that reduces operational costs and manual work while turning returns into revenue (via exchanges & incentives), preventing fraud, and providing a delightful customer experience — all without complicating the merchant’s workflow.
I solved this by creating an intuitive self-service portal, powerful smart rules for automation, flexible exchange & incentive options, and robust integrations that make returns fast, cost-effective, and profitable. This results in fewer support tickets, lower return costs, and higher customer retention.
